We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive our sales initiatives forward.
About the RoleThis individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Review all brands that initiate the sign-up process and their profiles
- Welcome new clients on board, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, handling objections, and clearly communicating our value proposition
- Understand client needs and manage expectations while educating them on our product offerings
- Qualify the most suitable plan for each brand, ensuring it is cost-effective
- Set clear expectations regarding best practices and what brands need to do to maximize tracking, content promotion, and commission
- Manage Salesforce administration, keeping records up-to-date and setting up communication flows
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to our internal teams on common client objections and pain points

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales development or business development, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Takes a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Is results-driven, able to meet or exceed targets, and demonstrates a growth mindset
- Has experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
- Excel in spoken and written English communication
