About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to drive customer acquisition and reactivation campaigns across multiple product categories.

As a key member of our paid social marketing strategy, you'll work closely with our team to develop and execute strategic plans, using analytics to inform decisions and drive execution towards company goals.

This role offers a high-performance opportunity to work with teams across the organization, from Brand to Creative, and Analytics. You'll lead roadmap development and execute key campaigns across our portfolio, focusing on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from execution to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI using a data-first approach.
  • Manage campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
  • A track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis and knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web & app tracking setup.
