  2. Provide expert-level technical support to our customers
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

**Requirements**

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience handling VOIP/telephony accounts
  • Expertise in VOIP technology, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs
