Previous experience working with Fax Servers, Email Servers, Outlook, Exchange Servers, and networking is required. A working knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange or Lotus Notes is preferred. Additionally, experience working with telephony and networking technologies such as FOIP and VOIP is beneficial.
