We are excited to offer a Technical Support Representative position to someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer support.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, providing tech support via phone, email, and chat, and assisting in the onboarding process.
About the Role:
- Work from home with a flexible schedule.
- Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer support.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and document customer interactions.
- Use our ticket system to track service requests and customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year proven experience as a Technical Support Representative.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
