Nebuda Global is a leading provider of unified communications solutions. As a technical support representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing expert-level support for our RingCentral Unified Communications platform.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting all RingCentral Unified Communications issues, providing enterprise-level technical support to our customers, and collaborating with internal departments to expedite resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • At least high school graduate with a minimum of 2 years of technical support experience handling VOIP/telephony accounts
  • Required experience in VOIP technology including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, etc.
