Job Description

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and will resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SaaS customer support.
  • Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Customer empathy - Deep understanding of user experience and ability to resolve customer support requests in thoughtful ways.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - Effective communicator and listener.
  • Collaboration - Value teamwork and contribute to synergistic work environment.
  • Strategic problem solving - Leverage multiple resources to inform critical decisions.
  • Excellent organization - Prioritize work to target high-impact issues first.
  • Optimism - Motivated by challenge and approach problems with positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure - Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
  • Desire to learn - Highly motivated self-starter with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Experience with Zendesk, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, are a plus.
