Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, validate, and maintain intake data in our systems.
  • Apply standardized coding procedures to classify and organize case data consistently.
  • Review and audit records regularly to uphold accuracy benchmarks.
  • Organize and update electronic files for accessibility and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client data in alignment with privacy requirements.
  • Generate intake reports and extract data to support attorney and case manager needs.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance intake speed, accuracy, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
  • Proven ability to use databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems effectively.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable internet connection with a tested backup option.
  • Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.

This is a remote-first opportunity requiring minimal on-site presence.
