Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.

  • Provide high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements
  • Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
