">Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and social channels, adhering to luxury service standards.
  • Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding company standards.
  • Address social media comments, such as Google reviews.
  • Maintain the customer care and information inbox, handling all communications in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, consulting with staff and retail operations teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Keep the retail operations team informed of complex inquiries, client concerns, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a related industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
