Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to take ownership of improving our supplement products. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback to drive meaningful changes and ensure that offerings exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
  • Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop strategies to improve the unboxing experience, branding, and overall product experience.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to drive product innovation through customer insights. They should have 3+ years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of packaging design trends and sustainable materials.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience (UX) research.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product designer.
