As a skilled Solutions Consultant, you have the opportunity to transform customer experiences through innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers in functional and technical discussions, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  2. Design and present solutions that effectively address customer needs, demonstrating the product's value.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Sales and Customer Success Support
  1. Provide technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting them in achieving revenue goals.
  2. Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations, tailoring them to specific audiences, verticals, and customer needs.
  3. Contribute to proposal responses (RFIs/RFPs, tenders), addressing functional and technical requirements.
Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices
  1. Stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
Product Representation and Travel
  1. Represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits, if necessary.
  2. Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
Continuous Development
  1. Invest in personal and professional growth, expanding your technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  1. 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
