Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Building Integration Specialist to ensure our clients and partners receive high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively to complete onboarding projects, communicate timelines and milestones, and provide analytics at a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Install Data Collection Services and discover data for Digital Building Engineers.
  2. Troubleshoot Diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  3. Review findings, validate results reported by software, and train users on Data Transfer Service and related issues.
  4. Provide ongoing support for connected sites.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Have excellent communication skills with customers and partners.
  • Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or have 5-6 years industry experience.
  • Have 1-2 years hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
  • Be experienced with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
  • Have knowledge of BAS networking principles.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, with an interest in building systems or significant field experience in controls or services company serving buildings industry.
  • Has a certificate or equivalent experience in basic networking or computer fundamentals.
  • Is able to learn technical solutions quickly and strives to improve them.
  • Can effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Can manage multiple projects across countries simultaneously.
