The Liaison Officer acts as the middle person between our business and the other entity to streamline operations, resolve issues, facilitate communication and responsible for ensuring legal compliance, reviewing insurance claims in order to determine whether or not they are covered under a policy and to evaluate the extent of fair settlement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and secure all required licenses, certificates, registrations and permits from all government regulatory agencies and /or other private or similar agencies.
- Submit all regulatory compliances to government regulatory agencies and/or other private or similar agencies.
- Monitor and assist all processing claims, permits, registrations, negotiating settlements, verifying insurance coverage, and reviewing insurance cases.
- Evaluate insurance claims to determine whether or not they should be paid and, if so, how much they're worth.
- Issuing reports and claims records.
- Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about important issue for the business.
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.
- Act as a positive representation of the business to the community.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned or required by the job from time to time.
- LAND TRANSPORTATION AND FRANCHISING REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB PROCESSING)
- Reconcile files monthly and annually.
Preferred Qualification:
- A graduate of any 4 year course
- With atleast 6 months experience as Liaison
- Willing to be trained, keen to details and pro active
- Willing to do field work and comfortable with talking to different and diverse people.
