Job Title: Business Development Liaison
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer needs and manage accounts to ensure optimal satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Review and revise tactics quarterly or whenever possible to ensure value-for-money services for customers and required margins of profits for the company.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Ensure customers receive stated benefits.
- Manage response speed and quality to changing customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Deal with client issues efficiently and inform branch management of any problems that may arise.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure good credit status and liaise with credit controllers on effective cash collection from customers.
- Attend to all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.
- Attend to all leads from members of staff, customers, or members of the public.
- Call on potential and existing clients.
- Provide satisfactory after-sales service and regular communications between clients and teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Negotiation skills.
- Industry field sales selling skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Leadership of teams and individuals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the service environment market.
- Prior experience in the service industry and/or sales experience in a consumer business environment is preferred.
