International Payment Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing and optimizing international payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitoring compliance standards, and implementing best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical ability with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial.
