Job Description

As a sharp and resourceful professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal and operational functions by crafting high-quality documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring we maintain a seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including resolutions, by-laws, board minutes, and filings to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage contract lifecycles—renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking—to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to protect company interests and provide strategic advice on resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Support the protection, management, and enforcement of the company's intellectual property assets.
  • Advise on employment contracts, disputes, and regulatory requirements to ensure fairness and equity in the workplace.
  • Provide strategic guidance to HR on addressing workplace issues with maturity and professionalism.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal admin, preferably in a startup, BPO, legal services, or international firm environment.
  • Prior work exposure to contract drafting, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles is highly desirable.
