Global Payment Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of payment processes and treasury functions
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to colleagues within the team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions
  • Collaborate with the payments team to facilitate seamless payment transactions
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information
  • Organize meetings, set agendas, and circulate minutes as needed
  • Maintain effective communication between departments and counterparty banks
  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Diligent, organized, and accurate in work habits
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role
  • Understanding of regulatory environments related to money transmission businesses
