
Enterprise Growth Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. As a key member of the sales team, you will work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
The ideal candidate will have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and possess excellent spoken and written communication skills. They will be comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders, as well as possessing strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
What Success Looks Like: 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. You will be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organization.

- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
