We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our remote team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support to management and field staff.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently.
You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, entering work orders into the system, creating and processing invoices, and maintaining digital and paper records. You will also assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and other office tasks as needed.
This is a remote position, requiring self-motivation and excellent attention to detail. If you are a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and accuracy in data entry and invoicing, we encourage you to apply.
