
Remote Administrative Assistant Opportunity

This position involves providing administrative support to a professional private investigation agency. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client engagement, setting appointments, and assisting with sales and marketing outreach.
Qualifications- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident phone presence.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Google Translate.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Call and qualify inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals with hot prospects over the phone.
- Make up to 10 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
- Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
- Social Media Management
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages.
- Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
- Administrative Support
- Draft and send email campaigns to prospects and clients.
- Provide weekly reports on calls, appointments set, and social engagement metrics.
- Competitive hourly rate
