Job Title

A Program Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. This role involves managing administrative tasks, data entry, and project-based work as assigned by the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the general mailbox, responding timely and accurately to hiring manager and supplier inquiries.
  • Assist Program Manager, Specialists, Hiring Managers, and Suppliers throughout all stages of requisition and contingent worker management processes.
  • Support Onboarding & Offboarding activities, ensuring all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor missing timesheets, expenses, and invoice submissions, following up with Associates and Managers to ensure approval completion by Payroll Deadline cut-off.
  • Facilitate Timesheet uploads in the VMS system and process Bonuses, Expense Reimbursements or other ad hoc billing requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 1-3 years' work experience as a recruiting assistant, staffing coordinator, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft suite of products and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of VMS, HRIS, or ATS systems, office administrative procedures, and standard office equipment.

This is an entry-level position with minimal travel required. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
