Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service and Insurance Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Degree from a reputable college or university
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations
