Job Title: Senior Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee projects at our customer experience centers. This role involves working as the primary liaison and point of contact for Learning & Development, building and maintaining project documentation on a global scale, and communicating program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other partners.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with internal teams, senior executive partners, and external clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Communicate program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other partners through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Support the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, requiring a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
