Job Opportunity: Program Manager

Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled program manager to oversee the execution of sampling and operational programs. This individual will serve as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that align with business objectives.


About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring 3-5 years of experience in project or program management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management tools, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage complex timelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maximize CRM system usage for all campaigns
  • Track recruitment progress against goals and assist in resolving concerns
  • Oversee creative deliverable process, working with internal and external partners to develop materials
  • Coordinate sample shipments and delivery to fulfillment partners, maintain inventory reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage shipments to venues with fulfillment partners, develop packing instructions and track shipments
  • Communicate project status with internal team and external partners
  • Implement feedback surveys in survey platform
  • Provide updates on program metrics, photos and consumer insights
  • Compile program results and build campaign recap decks
  • Oversee development of digital recap, as needed
  • Manage incentive distribution to venues and consumers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
