
Lead Generation Specialist

We're on the lookout for a resourceful and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing Business Development team.
This role will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand through online research and targeted lead sourcing. You'll be working behind the scenes to help us reach more potential clients and tap into ongoing hiring needs, allowing our BD team to engage with the right companies at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct strategic online research to identify potential business opportunities and companies with current growth or staffing activity across Australia and New Zealand.
- Leverage various digital platforms, websites, and market sources to gather insights and build targeted lead lists.
- Gather and verify relevant company and contact information to build an accurate and up-to-date prospect database.
- Organise and maintain lead databases or CRM tools to ensure clean and structured data.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align on focus markets, outreach priorities, and target verticals.
- Provide timely updates on lead status, quality, and conversion trends.
- Keep abreast of recruitment and outsourcing trends in the AU/NZ market to improve targeting strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support (preferably for AU/NZ clients or markets).
- Experience using scraping tools, sourcing plugins, job boards, or CRMs is a plus.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple online platforms.
- Proficient written English and communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
