Job Title: Client Acquisition Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and results-driven Client Acquisition Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through outbound calling and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling: Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products or services, assess their needs, and qualify them as viable leads.
- Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify new target customers and build a database of qualified leads for our sales team.
- CRM and Data Management: Record all lead interactions, call outcomes, and relevant information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to research effectively and identify key decision-makers within companies.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
