Job Description:

This role focuses on brand development, market expansion, and growth in the retail landscape.

  • Brand Incubation: You will participate in the initial stages of brand creation.
  • Market Research: Conduct initial product and market research in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Brand Development: Work with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Launch: Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
  • Scaling: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand.

After completing the first year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: You will focus on launching a new set of brands and applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction.
  • Brand Scaling Team: You will be assigned to specific brands, concentrating on strategies and activities that contribute to growth and expansion of established brands.
