Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the revenue and profitability growth of assigned brands. Key responsibilities include developing brand portfolio strategies, identifying new products based on market trends, consumer needs, and business insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management and building, with a proven track record in communication development and creating brand positioning/value propositions.

Beyond these core requirements, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate high-level humility and openness, self-direction, collaboration, and persistence. Passion for innovation, growth, and sustainability is also essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement brand portfolio strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth

    • Identify and develop new products based on market research and consumer needs

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy execution

    • Collaborate with Research & Data Analytics teams to create data-driven brand strategies

Requirements:
