Job Overview

We are seeking a senior product leader to drive brand growth and customer engagement for Jardiance. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize business performance.


About the Role
  • Create and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, driving sales and market share growth.
  • Contribute to long-term forecasting and planning, developing sales and investment strategies.
  • Lead local launch readiness processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: align with medical affairs and sales to deliver cohesive brand execution.
  • Manage the brand's promotional budget, partnering with commercial operations to monitor KPIs and market trends.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, representing customer needs in internal planning and decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, preferably in CKD, heart failure, or type 2 diabetes therapeutic areas.
  • Proven track record of success in brand management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
