Job Description:

A seasoned professional is needed to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of operational and financial principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up on late payments using Rent Manager.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager.
  • Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
  • Assist with forecasting and variance analysis for properties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Rent Manager software.
  • Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
