Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
- Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons
- Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers
- Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads
- Send contracts to interested property owners
- Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators
- Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
- Strong English communication skills
