Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our e-commerce business. This includes monitoring products across online marketplaces, running and analyzing replenishment reports to avoid stockouts, investigating and troubleshooting non-selling or underperforming items, updating item costs and ensuring accurate product data, responding to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner, managing product listings across multiple platforms, and tracking stock levels and flagging inventory issues proactively.

Requirements
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail are vital.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and independently is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and SellerSnap is beneficial.
