Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical workforce data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Evaluate current workforce capabilities and demographic data to inform future workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to forecast future staffing needs based on business objectives and growth projections.
  • Develop recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to workforce planning, including turnover rates and employee engagement metrics.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or an equivalent combination of training and experience, as well as 2+ years of experience in workforce planning or strategic HR planning.

You should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques, along with experience with workforce management software platforms and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
