As a Process Improvement Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business impact through strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and addressing key challenges in the BFSI industry, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to scope and execute Six Sigma initiatives, conducting fact-based analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Process Innovation: Innovate process improvement projects to achieve internal and external goals, focusing on efficiency metrics and customer lifetime value.
  • Financial Performance: Support site activities in achieving healthy financial goals through high-impact projects targeting bonus maximization, penalty management, and operational cost reduction.
  • Compliance and Governance: Conduct regular audits and reporting against compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Validation and Control: Validate control plans and governance processes, maintaining and publishing OE dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the BFSI industry
  • Lead experience in various operational functions, including Training, Quality, Workforce, and Operations
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
  • Capacity to think strategically and innovatively
