Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Manager located in Pampanga. The Workforce Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day workforce operations, ensuring adequate staffing levels, developing workforce strategies, and carrying out capacity planning. The role involves analyzing workforce data to forecast staffing needs and implementing workforce management programs to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Workforce Management and Workforce Planning skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Capacity Planning capabilities
  • Experience in Program Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus
