Job Description:
As a Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely service delivery to clients. You'll optimize resources, maintain service quality, and contribute to process improvements through meticulous planning and proactive communication.

The Qualifications We Seek
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Efficient and productive in all circumstances
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work with minimal supervision within set timeframes
- Capable of producing reports, invoices, and necessary documentation
- Polite and courteous phone manner
- Keen attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills

- Timely and complete process and documentation compliance
- Adherence to safety, quality, and customer service standards
- Strong customer and stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Full compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Your Daily Tasks
- Schedule technicians' daily tasks to complete jobs as required by the customer.
- Plan and book PPM service/quoted works visits with the customer in advance.
- Manage the portal for customers issuing work orders.
- Raise purchase orders to subcontractors for regional preventative maintenance/reactive work.
- Create a list of jobs to be completed by subcontractors with job details.
- Forward work details to subcontractors and clarify any subcontractor inquiries.
- Follow up on subcontractor works that are aged more than 14 days.
- Build positive working relationships with technicians and subcontractors by working closely with them and finding solutions to their issues.
- Monitor work-in-progress reports and ensure that jobs overdue by more than one month are kept to a minimum.
- Highlight underperforming technicians/subcontractors.
- Optimize and manage technicians' workloads by assigning the required number of doors each day/week.
- Drive revenue by planning in the most efficient way possible, such as pooling jobs within a certain area and assigning them to one technician to limit travel time, etc.
- Promote good service margins by utilizing technicians as much as possible or reviewing PO values raised prior to subcontractor assignment.
- Other duties as required.
