We are seeking a highly motivated and hard-working Customer Service Representative to fill our Full-Time position in the Healthcare industry.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers
- Provide exemplary customer service with every interaction
- Resolve issues on the first interaction with the caller
- Deliver quality results in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, able to take unstructured information and structure it
- Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams
- Kind, Patient, and Caring attitude in stressful situations
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and find solutions
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to compile needed information in a timely manner
