Customer Support Specialist

At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls to provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Filter content from the client's website and perform data and research functions as needed.
  • Provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques and identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary and document customer interactions following standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Has at least one year BPO experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.
  • Is willing to work on cyclical schedules and has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
  • Is computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Can perform a Typing Test of 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy and has good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
