We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional end-user support. This role involves managing incidents and requests within a ticketing system, performing daily follow-ups with end users, and resolving username and password problems.
Responsibilities:- Deliver top-notch service desk support via phone, email, and chat
- Manage tickets and incidents efficiently within our ticketing system
- Conduct regular follow-ups with end users to ensure issue resolution
- Resolve complex username and password issues
- Provide multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN assistance
- Offer software and application support
- Provide remote hardware support for various devices
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and how-to inquiries
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- 1+ year of experience with Mac OS
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Proficiency with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of common technologies
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, Okta, networking, and server concepts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
