Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a CRM or automation-related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM and automation systems, preferably Go High Level
