About the Role

About You

  • You have a strong background in customer support with experience in tech or SaaS environments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of web hosting technologies, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
