  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to serve as a customer service ambassador in our contact center. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
">Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service delivery and improve customer engagement.
">Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
