Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Qualification & CRM Support:
  • Vet and qualify inbound leads from various sources, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate client records in Salesforce.
  • Maintain contact history and loan progress records, monitoring shared inboxes for client inquiries.
Application & Documentation Support:
  • Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance from experienced professionals.
  • E nsure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with relevant industry standards.
  • Track outstanding items and follow up with clients to meet submission deadlines.
Client Communication & Service:
  • Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement.
  • Schedule client calls and virtual meetings, assisting with post-settlement servicing tasks.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
  • Maintain task logs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying workflow bottlenecks.
  • Prepare reports on lead conversion, application status, and service level agreement adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Strong written English and excellent client service orientation.
  2. High attention to detail and task ownership.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  4. Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and compliance requirements.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
