Financial Operations Associate

This role is responsible for providing critical support to the accounting unit, encompassing various financial activities, reports, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures accurate and timely entry of accounts payable vouchers and payment vouchers into the system.
  • Analyzes and summarizes revolving fund entry transactions, liquidations, and reimbursements to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Monitors accounts payable, advances for liquidation, and supplier advances to prevent potential discrepancies.
  • Prepares and encodes monthly summaries of expanded withholding tax entries into the SAWT program.
  • Processes and enters input VAT entries into the RLF program.
  • Coordinates scheduling and payment of SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig contributions.
  • Conducts monthly bank reconciliations and journal voucher entries for all bank-related transactions.
  • Maintains accurate and organized financial records, ensuring seamless auditing and reporting.
  • Provides administrative support to the accounting unit and other departments as needed.
  • Handles document filing and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in General Accounting and Financial Reports Generation.
