Seeking a diligent and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. This is a full-time position based in the US, with a flexible work-from-home setup.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Netsuite, and BILL. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include managing financial resources, processing bills and payments, reviewing and verifying vendor records, enforcing payment terms, and maintaining accurate accounts payable reports.

Qualifications for this position include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, relevant working experience, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to reconcile payable accounts are also essential.

  • Manage the outflow of financial resources, including bill processing and payments.
  • Review and verify vendor records and ensure accurate and complete information.
  • Enforce payment terms and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete vendor records.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports.
  • Resolving purchase orders, contracts, bills, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
Required Skills

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Netsuite and BILL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
