Financial Operations Specialist

Gordian Staffing provides exceptional association management services for condominiums, townhomes, and homeowner associations in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:- AP: Invoicing, coding, and posting.
- Budget drafting using Excel templates.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Providing accounting information to Reserve studies.
- Monthly review of Association financial reports.
- Updating associations, homeowner subledger, charges, and payment applications.
- Advanced English skills (strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- Accounting knowledge or 1-2 years of experience with administrative accounting tasks.
- AP experience is a plus.
- Tech savvy.
- Multitasking.
The ideal candidate will use their own equipment that meets the following specifications:
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS.
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor.
- RAM: 2 GB or more.
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive).
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed.
This is an entry-level, full-time position with remote work capabilities.
