Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers, as well as responding to queries from suppliers and employees of the client. This role involves performing general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.

  1. Receiving and verifying documents received from clients, including invoices and supporting documents.
  2. Conducting audits and reviews of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  3. Encoding accounting entries in SAP and ensuring accuracy of vendor information, GL accounts, and cost centers.
  4. Updating database monitoring systems and ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP and other financial software applications.
