About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our recruitment operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our hiring strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.

This is a key position that requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, tracking ROI, and developing and executing employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
