As a seasoned recruitment expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine and implement our recruitment process, championing best practices that yield exceptional customer and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely publication of job ads on various platforms, thorough interviews, and seamless onboarding of suitable candidates.
  • Nurture relationships with potential hires through professional networks and virtual events, fostering a strong employer brand.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to define qualification criteria for future employees, aligning with our organization's growth objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and maintain an accurate database of employees for future vacancies, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Utilize web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and track candidate progress, driving data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment software and provide recommendations for improvement or change, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with department heads to establish qualifications for each position, ensuring alignment with our organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Guide candidates through the application process and monitor their progress in our database, providing a positive experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with leading job sites, leveraging advanced features to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including night shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Own laptop or desktop with 8GB RAM and core 5 above processor, with a reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
